Our Story

We’re Lucy & Em. We are two moody gals, along with our two four moody cats, navigating the world. We are so excited to share our creative business with you – sprinkled with daily life.

Moody Cats Co is a crafty outlet for us; Em is an artist who takes my ideas and turns them into creations. I have an overactive imagination and a love for crafts. I tell Em about my latest crafty idea and she makes it happen. Together we are living life – sprinkled with gardening, baking, reading, knitting, and fighting the mental health fight.

Our products falls into the stationary world: notebooks, bookmarks, stickers and more. Our main products are bookish – we both work in libraries and love to read. Adding our love for cats puts the personal touch to the designs. We are so excited to add in other themes that fill our lives – time will tell!

Oh! And lets just pause for a second.

Piccolo and Jet, our two moody cats need a section all of their own. Not only are we moody, but these two cats, oh boy! They are the focal point of our products and we couldn’t see our business idea without them. Wait until you see their moody little faces.

Piccolo has since passed over the rainbow bridge, but I welcomed two kittens, Kobe and Violet to the mix.And Em, she welcomed her family’s senior cat Axle.

We are simply crafting a business under the watchful eyes of 5 cats~
